Handcrafted hardwood wellness blocks built for grounding, somatic bodywork, stretching, fascia release, meditation, and professional studio use.

This bundle includes:

• Full 1 1/2" roundover edges for comfort and stability

Each Somatic Craft™ block is made from solid furniture-grade hardwood — no cork, foam, plywood, or imported mystery materials. The rounded profile feels smooth against the body while still providing firm, stable support for deeper release work.

The XL block works well for larger support points such as the back, hips, chest, shoulders, and lower body. The smaller block is useful for more targeted positioning, foot release, neck support, and smaller pressure points.

Free Custom Engraving
Personalize your bundle with a name, initials, short phrase, studio name, or logo. For logo engraving, clear black-and-white artwork works best.

Wood Options 🌳
Maple — lighter in color, dense, clean, strong, and heavier in the hand.
American Cherry — warm reddish-brown tone that naturally deepens over time.
