Fenton River Woodworks Shipping Policy

Processing & Lead Times

Because we are a small, veteran-owned craft shop, we don't just pull items off a shelf.

  • Standard Items: Most orders (Somatic tools, small decor) are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom/Made-to-Order: For custom orders, please allow 2–3 extra days for craftsmanship and finishing before shipping. We will keep you updated via email throughout the process.

Domestic Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $35.00 or more within the contiguous United States.

  • Flat Rate: For orders under $35.00, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the item.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily use FedEx and USPS to ensure your handcrafted wood pieces arrive safely.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • For oversized furniture pieces, we may use specialized freight carriers. In these cases, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you are located elsewhere and are interested in a specific piece, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Damages During Transit

We over-pack our items to survive the journey, but accidents happen.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please save all packaging and take photos of the box and the product.

  • Contact us at [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier and get a replacement or repair started for you.
