Fenton River Woodworks Return & Refund Policy
At Fenton River Woodworks, every piece is handcrafted from solid hardwood and finished with care. Many of our items are made to order, customized, or produced in small batches, so we are not able to accept returns for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, or custom/personalized orders.
That said, we stand behind our workmanship and want your order to arrive safely.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged in transit, defective, or with a workmanship issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution. Depending on the issue, this may include repair, replacement, or another reasonable correction.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom, personalized, engraved, and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Natural Wood Variation
Wood is a natural material. Grain pattern, color tone, knots, figure, spalting, and other natural characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique. These variations are expected and are not considered defects.
Exchanges
We do not offer standard retail exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will review the issue and help resolve it according to the policy above.
